Previous water loss creates mold growth

Previous water loss created mold in the guest bathroom.   

A visible fungal growth was noticed on a bedroom wall next to the entrance of the guest bathroom. Moisture tests were conducted indicating that the drywall in between the bedroom and bathroom was wet.  A recommendation was made to remove the drywall common to both walls to check for mold. 

The bathroom vanity and mirror were removed to allow access to the contaminated drywall within the bathroom.
