This fungus as such can produce a toxic substance like
metabolites that include alternariol monomethylether,
altertoxins and tenuazonic acid. In terms of industrial
uses, this is used for biocontrol of weeds and also
few other plants. Like other fungus, this kind is not
related much to the temperature, as it cannot grow if
the temperature is more than 37 degree Celsius.
When it comes to growth, they grow well
on the general fungus that is collected. The colonies
as such are dark green to brownish. They also sporulate,
the texture as such becomes velvety. With the passing
time however, they lose their ability as such to sporulate.
To know how they are in appearance, well
they are more distinctive. The spores as such can or
may sometimes look like Ulocladium, Stemphylium or Pithomyces.
To see how evident they are, then one could check them
on the tape lift samples as they are very much identifiable.
This fungus as such is known to destroy
20% of the crops and mostly comes with massive infections
in humans. With the toxics that it produces, allergies
are common but infections are rare, but more so it also
depends on the individuals immune system. So it is always
better to get checked, as the after effects as such
may not be very pleasing.
